WHAT IS BETGUARD?
- BetGuard is the new centralised exclusion system for players in Ontario.
- It is available to anyone in Ontario aged 19 or above, and allows players to exclude from all Operators in Ontario.
HOW DOES BETGUARD WORK?
Players can register and manage their centralised exclusions via the BetGuard site - BetGuard.ca
Once registered, you can exclude for:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 5 years
- A custom term up to 5 years
Once centrally excluded, you will be blocked from all Operators under the Ontario licence.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY BETGUARD EXCLUSIONS?
- Players can manage their BetGuard exclusions themselves via the BetGuard website, BetGuard.ca.
- BetGuard exclusions run independently from any exclusions you have with a specific Operator, and Operators are unable to make any updates to BetGuard on our behalf.

HOW DO I END MY BETGUARD EXCLUSION?
- If you have excluded via BetGuard and would like to return to play, you will need to contact BetGuard directly to remove the centralised exclusion before you will be able to access your 888 account.
