For Windows 10
- In the search box of your taskbar, type control panel; select "Control Panel".
- Open the "View by:" dropdown menu.
- Select "Category".
- Click "Network and Internet", then "Network and Sharing Center".
- Select "Change Adapter Settings" from the left column.
- Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter and select "Enable" (This could also be listed as "Wireless Network Connection").
For Windows 8
- Within your Apps screen, select "Windows System category" then "Control Panel".
- Open the "View by:" dropdown menu.
- Select "Category".
- Click "Network and Internet" then "Network and Sharing Center".
- Select "Change Adapter Settings" from the left column.
- Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter and select "Enable" (This could also be listed as "Wireless Network Connection").
For Windows 7 and Vista
- Click the "Start Menu".
- Select "Control Panel" and open the "View by:" dropdown menu.
- Choose "Category".
- Click "Network and Internet" then "Network and Sharing Center".
- Select "Change Adapter Settings" from the left column.

- Click the "Start Menu".
