If you're running a Remote Desktop Program (RDP), please close the program as follows:
On a Windows Computer
- Close the RDP the same way you would any other program on your computer and try logging into your 888.ca account again.
- If you're still unable to launch 888.ca, open your "Task Manager" by selecting Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard. Click the "Processes" tab, select your RDP from the displayed list and click "End Process".
On a Mac
- Open the "Activity Monitor" from the "Utilities" folder, find the process and click "Close".
